Medelserhütte SAC – Alpine Stage Hut & Val Medel Base

The Medelserhütte SAC is a classic alpine stage hut located high above the Val Medel (Lucmagn), close to the Lukmanier Pass, in the Canton of Graubünden. Positioned on an important north–south alpine axis, it serves primarily as a base for alpine hiking, long-distance traverses, and ski mountaineering, rather than as a technical climbing hut.
