The Europahütte is a well-known mountain hut located above the Mattertal, between Grächen and Zermatt. It is a classic stage hut on the famous Europaweg, one of the most spectacular long-distance hiking routes in the Alps. More focused on trekking than mountaineering, the hut combines dramatic scenery with solid comfort and logistics.
