The Treschhütte SAC is a traditional alpine hut located high above the Maderanertal in the Canton of Uri, in a landscape shaped by steep valleys, waterfalls, and dramatic rock walls. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and non-glaciated access, it serves primarily as a base for alpine hiking, scrambling, and multi-day traverses, while also acting as a stepping stone toward more serious alpine terrain in the Windgällen area.
