Länta-Hütte SAC – Remote Alpine Hut & Vals–Rheinwald Traverse Base
The Länta-Hütte SAC is a remote high-alpine hut located at the head of the Valsertal, near the border between the Vals and Rheinwald regions (Canton of Graubünden). Quiet, wild, and demanding to reach, it serves primarily as a stage hut for experienced alpine hikers and long-distance trekkers, as well as a solid base for spring ski mountaineering. Its character is defined by isolation and route continuity rather than comfort.
